A communications plan is in development and will so engage and attract our customers to spend and earn more. This plan includes attracting non-members to the Loyalty Program as well as spurring appropriate behaviors from existing members.

As communication is a vital component in all bespoke programmes, we leverage a WOW communication platform to talk to participants on our RSS VIP Loyalty
